I hate that we’re seeing so much of her, but Media Matters has a frightening clip showing just how uninformed Palin voters are. And their ability to simply disregard reality when presented with straight forward facts. And yes, I think this is representative of many of her supporters. Doesn’t inspire a lot of faith in democracy.

The interviewee is just a kid, so maybe we can’t expect her to be particularly well-informed, but shouldn’t her parents teach her to listen to facts and incorporate them into her thinking?
I’m not sure she’s really a kid and don’t like when people assume that age has anything to do with how well informed one can be. If you’re old enough to vote, you’re old enough to hurt our country by voting based on some delusion.
Regardless of her age, no one forced her to be there, wear a dumb shirt, or speak to Norah O’Donnell.
