Prop 8 Trial Begins

- The trial begin today, and without live footage. Don’t despair though, the opponents of marriage equality are facing questions that have to deal with facts and logic, and hopefully you’ll be able to see it soon. Initially it was ruled that the trial would be taped and posted on YouTube. That was appealed and sent to the Supreme Court who postponed their decision and will rule on Wednesday. Judge Walker called for public input on the airing of this trial and found that 138,542 were in favor and 32 opposed the broadcast.
