Kagan on “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell”

I meant to share this yesterday. It’s nice to see a nominee actually say something in a confirmation hearing, rather than dodge (sometimes for legitimate reasons, and other times for expediency). Chris Geidner has more at Metro Weekly on Sen. Sessions reviving the issue of “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” later in the hearing and his challenge to her actions as Solicitor General.
